Just wrapped up a week on vacay with fam. The room was super clean, big shoutout to Aijaz from the cleaning crew—he was on point! The in-room breakfast was delicious and made mornings special. One thing tho, the pool area could’ve used more loungers. Otherwise, everything was great!

The Premium One-Bedroom Apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had easy access throughout the hotel, making it comfortable for me. I particularly appreciated the friendly staff who assisted me whenever I needed help during my stay.

The Executive Studio with a partial view of Burj Khalifa was pretty spacious! Sleep quality was solid, and waking up to that semi-view was a nice treat. The staff was friendly and attentive, which added to the overall comfort. But I did wish the shower had better water pressure. Overall, it was a chill stay with only a few minor hiccups.

Disappointing water pressure in the shower, making bathing a frustrating experience. The room phone didn’t work, prolonged the process of getting assistance. Breakfast choices lacked variety, with issues like undercooked eggs and stale options. The swimming pool fell short of expectations, with visible wear on the tiles and a chilly temperature that could be uncomfortable.

we had a wonderful stay in the executive one-bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the burj khalifa. the amenities were fantastic, especially the outdoor pool. the room service was prompt, and the butter chicken was a must-try! the staff at the lagoon restaurant were amazing, with the omelette chef standing out for his excellent service.
